Вітаю. На моє скромне розуміння, то половинка дирхема. Чому розрізана. Дирхем мав велику цінність і, коли ці монети попадали на територію Київської Русі, ними було складно розраховуватись і для зручності монети різали - на половинки, а то й менші шматочки.
