Вітаю. Усі помітки на звороті марок - то помітки власника цього предмету.  Означають, що предмет з колекції цього пана. Як засіб протидії фальшуванню.  Бо помітка авторитетного власника - певною мірою гарантія. Нагадує ситуацію з помітками на доларах у обмінниках ОАЕ.
