Tariffs (general information)

Violity operates in accordance with the legislation and performs exclusively technical functions as an "information platform," without acquiring any rights to the property of Violity users. The activities of Violity consist of providing a space on the Internet for a wide range of users to post information and communicate with each other (hereinafter referred to as Violity Services).

Violity provides paid services, including:

1. public placement and data processing of information regarding:
   • offers for the disposal of items and objects, their characteristics, descriptions, photographs, etc.;
   • reserve price determination;
   • the exact time of the end of the bidding process;
   • withdrawal of an item from sale;
   • placing a bid during the bidding or on purchasing an item at a Blitz price or a fixed price;
   • offers to purchase items at a specific price;
2. using the Violity hardware and software system;
3. advertising and other promotional services;
4. facilitating mutually beneficial business relationships among Violity users;
5. resolving other matters related to Violity’s activities and/or provided for by the Violity Rules .

The cost of Violity Services (hereinafter referred to as Tariffs) varies for each country where Violity operates.
