"Фотокамера регистрирующая РФК (условное наименование «Селена»). Предназначалось, для использования ГосАвто инспекцией МВД СССР, в качестве комплектующего изделия. Которое стационарно установленных у дороги и возимых на автомобилях ГАИ постов контроля скорости (ПКС) и предназначена для фото-регистрации транспортных средств, нарушающих Правила дорожного движения и других наблюдений, в том числе и скрытых.
Камера представляла собой, полноформатный (24х36мм) аппарат, с автоматической установкой экспозиции (установка диафрагмы – автоматическая в зависимости от условий освещенности объекта и светочувствительности пленки).
Аппарат снабжен электроприводом для перемотки пленки и взвода затвора, с возможностью впечатывания в зону кадра служебной информации.
Использовалась 35мм перфорированная пленка чувствительностью в 130, 250 и 500 ед. ГОСТ. Номинальное значение эффективной выдержки затвора - 1/500 сек., максимальная частота съемки - 2 кадра в сек. Аппарат штатно снабжался двумя объективами: "Юпитер-38" 4/75, и "Юпитер-39" 5,6/135.
