Одесский художник Пархет Петр Пантелеймонович Родился 30 октября 1907 в Одессе. Учился: «Одесский художественный институт» (1928-1931). Учитель по специальности - М. Гронець. Работал в отрасли станковой живописи. Преподавал: на подготовительных курсах. Одесса. (1931-1941). Член КПСС. Участник Великой Отечественной войны. Награжден орденом Красной Звезды, медалями, грамотой Президиума Верховной Рады УССР. Участвовал в выставках: республиканских с 1935, всесоюзных с 1947, зарубежных с 1965. Важные выставки «Всесоюзная художественная выставка». Москва. 1947; «Всесоюзная художественная выставка». Москва. 1950. Основные произведения: «Испания» (1936); «Подвиг моряка» (1949); «Освобождение» (1957); «На фронтовой дороге» (1960); «Днепр. 1943 год» (1964) и другие. Жил и работал в Одессе. Умер в 1986 году.
