The painting was inspired by William Shakespeare's immortal work "The Tragic History of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark". The painting depicts the author's version of the castle of Kronborg (Elsinore) - the residence of the Danish kings at the very moment when the shadow of his father appeared in front of Hamlet.
The words of Prince Hamlet "The connection of times has been interrupted ..." became winged. This is what they say when an established way of life is violated or something negative has happened in society.
Made on canvas stretched on a stretcher in 2021. 100% handmade. Subframe size: 60x80 cm.

На написание картины вдохновило бессмертное произведение Уильяма Шекспира «Трагическая история Гамлета, принца Датского». На картине изображен авторский вариант замка Кронборг (Эльсинор) - резиденции датских королей в тот самый момент, когда перед Гамлетом явилась тень его отца.
Слова принца Гамлета «Прервалась связь времён ...» стали крылатыми. Так говорят, когда нарушается устоявшийся образ жизни или в обществе произошло что-то негативное.
