Description:
В. В. Філіпенко народився 31 травня 1935 року в Одесі.
В 1957 році закінчив Одеське державне художнє училище імені М. Грекова, а у 1962 році – Ленінградський інститут живопису, скульптури та архітектури імені І. Ю. Репіна. В 1963 – 1965 роках навчався в Творчих майстернях при Академії Мистецтв.
В 1966 році почав педагогічну діяльність в Одеському художньому училищі імені М. Грекова. Брав участь у республіканських, всесоюзних, міжнародних виставках.
З 1973 року працював в Одеському державному педагогічному інституті імені К. Д. Ушинського, будучи викладачем, доцентом кафедри живопису та історії мистецтва.
У 1969 році був прийнятий до Спілки художників України.
В 1993 році присвоєно почесне звання «Заслужений художник України».
В 1994 – 2003 роках працював у Китаї, викладав малюнок, живопис та композицію в Шандунському інституті мистецтв, Педагогічному університеті м. Цинант.
З 2008 року обіймав посаду професора Південноукраїнського національного педагогічного університету імені К. Д. Ушинського.
Помер в Одесі у 2013 році.

How does AUTO BIDDING work
This is a function that helps you place bids automatically in case your bet is interrupted.
For example, current lot price is UAH 120. You are ready to bargain up to UAH 5 000. Enter 5 000 in the field "Automatic bargaining" and click "Place Bet". As a result, your new rate will appear, but not in the amount of UAH 5 000, but only UAH 121. In this case, the system will remember that you are ready to bargain up to UAH 5 000, and will make the necessary bids for you if the price continues to rise.
Let's say another participant places a bet of UAH 2 000. Then the system will automatically place your bet of 2 001 UAH. And only if someone places a bet more than UAH 5 000, you will receive a notification that your auto rate has been interrupted.
