На жаль, це трагічна дата для української історії. 25 жовтня 1921 р. розпочався Другий зимовий похід загонів армії УНР по території України, який очолив генерал-хорунжий Юрій Тютюнник. Завданням походу було підняття всенародного повстання, повалення більшовицького режиму в Україні та відновлення державності.

Другий зимовий похід загонів армії УНР закінчився поразкою, 359 бійців Української Повстанської Армії 21 листопада 1921 р. було розстріляно біля містечка Базар, що на Житомирщині.
