The working parts are steel and plastic "elephantine", which was developed in the middle of the XIX century to simulate expensive and already in those days scarce ivory. Состоит из:
- траншерного (транжирного) ножа (для разделки мяса), длиной 320 мм;
- траншерной (транжирной) вилки с откидным упором длиной 280 мм;
- пара (вилка и ложка) для сервировки салата с рабочими частями, изготовленными из пластика под слоновую кость - длина приборов по 290 мм.

Кроме пробирного клейма на приборах имеется именное клеймо ювелира, но оттиски очень неразборчивые, я не смог атрибутировать.
