Every Ukrainian was waiting for the coveted news of the liberation of Kherson. Ukrposhta prepared in advance the First Day envelope, an unstamped art envelope and a card. The envelope "First Day" depicts a Ukrainian soldier who, by analogy with a slice of watermelon, returns the temporarily occupied part of Ukraine to its place. The unmarked artistic envelope and card illustrate the chronicle of the period of temporary annexation of the city – protests of Kherson residents against the occupation forces. The author of the issue is Andriy Sagach, known to Ukrainians as the winner of the national stage of the competition of sketches for the postage stamp "Peace is the highest value of humanity!", as well as the author of the envelope with the original stamp "Spring will come again!".

На конверті «Перший день» зображено українського військового, який за аналогією зі скибкою кавуна повертає на місце тимчасово окуповану частину України. На немаркованому художньому конверті та картці проілюстрована хроніка періоду тимчасової анексії міста – протести мешканців Херсону проти окупаційних військ. Автор випуску – Андрій Сагач, відомий українцям як переможець національного етапу конкурсу ескізів до поштової марки «Мир – найвища цінність людства!», а також автора конверта з оригінальною маркою «Весна настане знову!».
