TBKM "Dozor-B" (abb. from Tactical Combat Wheeled Vehicle Dozor B) - all-wheel drive armored combat vehicle with wheel arrangement 4x4.
It was created in Ukraine by the Kharkiv Design Bureau for Mechanical Engineering as a multipurpose protected vehicle for transporting personnel, weapons, and military equipment weighing up to 2 tons.

The artworks were made by twin brothers Alexander and Serhiy Haruka, legendary for Ukrainian philately.
There are also their works "Stained glass windows of old Lviv", "House with chimeras" (Gorodetsky), "State seals of Ukraine", "Insects of Ukraine", "Ancient toys", "Volodymyr the Great", "25 years of dip. relations with the USA" and series "Cultural Epochs of Ukraine" autographed (Scythians, Cimmerians, Paleolithic and Trypillya), etc.
