Учасник міжнародної виставки «Мистецтво-храму» (Донецьк, 2004), виставок в рамках всеукраїнського проекту «Схід і Захід разом», регіонального проекту авангардного мистецтва «АRТ-Степ», «Impression-2016», обласних виставок, загальноміської художньої виставки у Слов’янському краєзнавчому музеї. Більше 10 персональних виставок: галерея ім. Кончаловського (Слов’янськ), Слов’янський краєзнавчий музей, Краматорський художній музей. Учасник художніх пленерів у Донецькому обласному художньому музеї з 2016р. Роботи зберігаються в фондах Донецького обласного художнього музею, Краматорського художнього музею, Слов’янського краєзнавчого музею, приватних колекціях.
Художню освіту здобув у майстерні відомого українського художника Савченка Юрія Григоровича. Основний напрямок діяльності Тараса Дудки – живопис. Стилістичні особливості живопису найближче до сучасного імпресіонізму. У творчості продовжує традиції харківської школи живопису.

Колір для мене - як мелодія для пісні, бо колір одразу дає настрій.
