Ewald Nielsen (1879 - 1958) was an outstanding Danish jeweler, a member of the Guild of Jewelers of Copenhagen, from 1920 to 1948, the first chairman of the Union of Danish Jewelers (Dansk Guldsmedemesterforening), Honorary Master Jeweller of Denmark. Working exclusively in the Art Nouveau style, the artist independently developed the design for his magnificent products and produced them in small batches, which is why they have always been in demand by contemporaries and are highly valued by collectors today.
