Each stamp contains a unique image of the national Ukrainian order depending on the region of Ukraine, a certain ritual or holiday for which this costume was dressed. Couplings of two stamps from each region or historical region of Ukraine are combined in three and make up a postal block. All stamps of the issue "Ukrainian folk clothes" were created by one artist – Mykola Kochubey.
