On the first of July Ukrainian, borscht was included in the UNESCO list of cultural heritage. One of the drivers of this process was the chef, co-founder of the Ukrainian cuisine restaurant "100 years ago forward" Yevhen Klopotenko. For about two years, he promoted borscht in the international arena, filmed the documentary "Borscht. The Secret Ingredient" and, in the end, cooked borscht at dinner parties and at almost every step. One of Klopotenkoʼs ideas is to erect a monument to borscht in Kyiv.
Due to the different configurations of different monitors, photos do not always show the actual color of the product. Thanks!

Першого липня український борщ внесли до списку культурної спадщини ЮНЕСКО. Одним із рушіїв цього процесу був шеф-кухар, співзасновник ресторану української кухні «100 років тому вперед» Євген Клопотенко. Близько двох років він просував борщ на міжнародній арені, знімав документальний фільм «Борщ. Секретний інгредієнт» і, врешті-решт, готував борщ на званих вечерях та мало не на кожному кроці. Одна із ідей Клопотенка – поставити памʼятник борщу в Києві.
В связи с разной конфигурацией разных мониторов фотографии не всегда отображают фактический цвет изделия. Спасибо!
