"Ukrainian Dream" is the third stamp that Ukrposhta put into circulation under martial law. The sketches of the postage stamp, postcard, envelopes and stamps were based on a drawing by eleven-year-old Sofia Kravchuk from Volyn, the winner of the All-Ukrainian competition of drawings and photographs "What is Ukraine for me?", which took place in 2021 as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence. In the picture, decorated with pink flowers, Ukrainian the An-225 "Mriya" aircraft flies to the stars.
