The Memorial to the Panfilov Heroes (original name – "Feat 28") is a memorial complex dedicated to 28 soldiers of the Red Army from the tank destroyer group of the 4th company of the 2nd battalion of the 1075th rifle regiment of the 316th rifle division of Major General I.V. Panfilov.
The complex was solemnly opened on the 30th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, on May 6, 1975. The opening ceremony was attended by the participants of the events I. D. Shadrin and D. A. Kozhubergenov.
