Guramishvili began his literary career in Georgia, but it was in Ukraine that his poetic talent was fully revealed. The most prominent work of the poet is the autobiographical collection 'Davitiani' (1787), created in Ukraine, the poem 'Merry Spring' saturated with Ukrainian color is saturated with sympathy for the peasants.
