Памятная медаль Второй Мадагаскарской экспедиции 1894-1895 гг. (фр.- MÉDAILLE COMMÉMORATIVE DE MADAGASCAR
SECONDE EXPÉDITION DE 1894 à 1895).
Была учреждена в память об экспедиции французских войск на Мадагаскар с целью принудить правителей Мадагаскара исполнять условия договоров, заключённых по результатам первой войны 1895-1896 годов. Франция направила на Мадагаскар экспедиционный корпус в составе ~25 тыс. человек, из которых от болезней погибла четвёртая часть (7 983 чел.), а собственно от боевых действий - мизерная доля.
В память об этих событиях 15 января 1896 года была учреждена эта медаль. Награждали солдат сенегальских и алжирских вспомогательных войск, принимавших участие в этой экспедиции в период с 8 декабря 1894 года по 31 декабря 1895 года, а с 1897 года, по дополнительному указу, награждаться могли и военные моряки.
Диаметр медали 30 мм, весит ~16 грамм.

How does AUTO BIDDING work
This is a function that helps you place bids automatically in case your bet is interrupted.
For example, current lot price is UAH 120. You are ready to bargain up to UAH 5 000. Enter 5 000 in the field "Automatic bargaining" and click "Place Bet".
