Yuri Vladimirovich Kyrylov (27.08.1940, Romanka village, Ivanovo region – 18.07.2017, Lviv) was a Russian-speaking Lviv poet. Member of the National Socialist Party of Ukraine (1986). Literary Prize. K. Simonov (1991), Literary Prize. Oleksandra Fadeeva, Golden Chestnut Branch Award of the Ukrainian Association of Writers of Fiction and Social Literature.
In 1999, Y. Kirilov reported in the newspaper "Sevastopolskaya Pravda" that during the awarding of Brzezinski with the title of honorary citizen of Lviv, he said: "It is important that Ukraine constantly and consistently go to the West, because if it neglects this and does not define itself as a Central European state, it will be drawn into the sphere of influence of Russia. A new world order under U.S. hegemony is being created against Russia, at the expense of Russia, and on the wreckage of Russia. For us, Ukraine is an outpost of the West against the restoration of the Soviet Union."
