A plate with a clear factory black underglaze stamping on the bottom, the stamp depicts the coat of arms of the Russian Empire - a double-headed eagle and the inscription under it "M.S. Kuznetsov's company. K. P. M. Dreylingsbusch»".
K. P. M. DREYLINGSBUSCH is a suburb of Riga. This stamp refers to the period of the Partnership (1889-1918). The history of factory stamps with the inscription "Dreilingsbusch" is very interesting, which differed from other stamps with the inscription "Riga". The inscription on the stamp "K.P.M. Dreylingsbusch" means that the plate was produced at the Kuznetsov factory in Dreilingsbusch. In tsarist times, this was the name of a place in Riga in the area of Lubanskaya (now Lubānas) and Slavyanskaya (now Slavu) streets. It was on Slavyanskaya that Kuznetsov's factory was located.
