The book presents and describes all postage stamps and blocks of 2017.
Contains a perforated sheet of standard grades (respectively, does not contain non-perforated).
The book includes two blocks of Castles (Ukraine) from the Europa issue. These are blocks that have a notch, were not pasted into the corresponding booklets and were placed exclusively in the annual books. Therefore, there are only 1000 of them. (= circulation of the book). According to the catalog of Y. Mulyk 1992-2023, the price of only both blocks is 3000 UAH. (see photo above).
