The materials for the compilation of this guide were collections of fungi stored in the herbariums of the Botanical Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences. The guide presents fungi from the order Agaricales in more detail. When describing each species, the relevant literature, existing exiccats and illustrations are given, and the areas of distribution both in our country and in other countries are indicated. For each taxonomic unit, from class to species, separate keys are compiled.

В определителе более подробно представлены грибы из порядка Agaricales. При описании каждого вида приводится соответствующая литература, существующие эксиккаты и иллюстрации, причем указываются ареалы распространения как у нас, так и в других странах. Для каждой таксономической единицы, начиная от класса и кончая видом, составлены отдельные ключи.
