Meters are used to record (including commercial) the volume of unpolluted water in the industrial and municipal spheres, as well as to control technological processes.
The meters meet the requirements of DSTU 3580 and TU V 33.2-31784125-001-2003, approved by the State Standard of Ukraine, included in the State Register of Measuring Equipment and approved for use in Ukraine under the number U1872-04.
The calibration interval of LL series meters is no more than three years, the average full service life is 12 years.
Design and principle of operation
Meters of the LL series are tachometric dry-running impeller multi-jet water meters with a rotary counting mechanism.
The principle of operation of meters is to measure the number of revolutions of a tangentially located impeller, which rotates under the influence of the water flow. The number of revolutions of the impeller is proportional to the volume of water flowing through the meter.
The water flow enters the meter body through the inlet pipe with a mesh filter and then into the measuring chamber, in which the impeller with the leading part of the magnetic coupling rotates. After leaving the measuring chamber, water enters the outlet pipe.
The rotation of the impeller by means of magnetic coupling through a sealed partition is transmitted to the driven coupling of the counting mechanism. As a result, only the impeller operates in a humid environment, ensuring long-term measurement stability.
Sapphire supports and anti-friction polymers are used in the design of the meters, which guarantees easy running and start-up of water meters after a long downtime.
The rotary counting mechanism provides convenient reading of the meter in cubic meters and their fractions. The counting mechanism is equipped with a signal star for optical reading.

Конструкция и принцип работы
Счетчики серии ЛЛ представляют собой тахометрические сухоходные крыльчатые многоструйные водосчетчики с поворотным счетным механизмом.
Принцип работы счетчиков заключается в измерении количества оборотов тангенциально расположенной крыльчатки, которая вращается под действием потока воды. Количество оборотов крыльчатки пропорционально объему воды, протекающей через счетчик.
Поток воды поступает в корпус счетчика через входной патрубок с сетчатым фильтром и далее — в измерительную камеру, в которой вращается крыльчатка с ведущей частью магнитной муфты. Покинув измерительную камеру, вода поступает в выходной патрубок.
Вращение крыльчатки при помощи магнитной связи через герметичную перегородку передается ведомой муфте счетного механизма. Благодаря этому во влажной среде работает только крыльчатка, обеспечивая долголетнюю стабильность измерений.
В конструкции счетчиков применены сапфировые опоры и антифрикционные полимеры, что гарантирует легкий ход и пуск водомеров после длительного простоя.
Поворотный счетный механизм обеспечивает удобное снятие показаний счетчика в метрах кубических и их долях. Счетный механизм оснащен сигнальной звездочкой для оптического снятия показаний.
