This is an exquisite collector's set of decorative plates from the famous German porcelain manufactory Kaiser Porzellan, founded in 1872 in Bad Staffelstein, Bavaria. Kaiser is traditionally famous for its high-quality porcelain products and especially for its collectible series with images of birds and flowers.
The presented set consists of six plates, which are an excellent example of German decorative porcelain. Each plate with a diameter of about 10-12 cm is decorated with a thin gold border around the edge, which is a trademark of Kaiser Porzellan quality.
Of particular artistic value are the detailed images of birds characteristic of the European fauna. Each bird is depicted in its natural habitat, among branches, flowers and leaves. Kaiser artists masterfully conveyed not only the appearance of the birds, but also their character through poses and surrounding details. The set includes images of songbirds in various natural compositions.
Diameter 10 cm.
The technique of the drawings demonstrates the highest skill of Kaiser artists: every feather, every leaf is worked out with amazing precision. The color palette used is natural and harmonious, which is typical of the German school of porcelain painting.
