The second edition differs from the first primarily in a detailed exposition of the indefinite Lebesgue integral and the Radon-Nicodemus theorem, as well as in the scheme of constructing the measure. In addition, the concept of equipower absolute continuity of a family of integrals has been introduced, the space of measurable functions and the Radon integral have been studied in more detail. The book can be used both in the study of the theory of functions of a real variable as a separate discipline, and in the study of the theory of measure and the Lebesgue integral within the general university course of mathematical analysis.
