Фредерикса - самого доверенного и любимого Николаем II сановника из ближайшего царского окружения. С 1897 до марта 1917 Фредерикс возглавлял Министерство Императорского Двора и Уделов - учреждение, не имевшего аналогов в других монархических странах Европы. Его деятельность как министра совпала с драматическим периодом новейшей истории Росссии: две войны, две революции и, наконец, фантастическое падение династии Романовых. Именно Министру Двора пришлось 2 марта 1917 года скреплять (контрассигнировать) своей подписью Акт отречения от престола последнего российского самодержца. Роль как самого Фредерикса, так и государственных, политических и общественных деятелей, с которыми он непосредственно общался, в происходивших в стране событиях представлена на основе изучения обширного списка мемуарной и исторической литературы. Несколько глав посвящены взаимоотношениям Министра Двора с Николаем II и императрицей Александрой Федоровной, Высочайшим приездам в южнобережное имение `Ливадия`, `министерскому дому` в Ливадии - памятнику архитектуры начала XX века, а также последнему обитателю этого оригинального особняка до установления советской власти в Крыму, выдающемуся деятелю Белого движения генералу Я. А. Слащову

How does AUTO BIDDING work
This is a function that helps you place bids automatically in case your bet is interrupted.
For example, current lot price is UAH 120. You are ready to bargain up to UAH 5 000. Enter 5 000 in the field "Automatic bargaining" and click "Place Bet". As a result, your new rate will appear, but not in the amount of UAH 5 000, but only UAH 121. In this case, the system will remember that you are ready to bargain up to UAH 5 000, and will make the necessary bids for you if the price continues to rise.
Let's say another participant places a bet of UAH 2 000. Then the system will automatically place your bet of 2 001 UAH. And only if someone places a bet more than UAH 5 000, you will receive a notification that your auto rate has been interrupted.
