Заснована 6 листопада 1915 р.
Нагороджувалися військовослужбовці, учасники військових дій на Тихому океані проти Німеччини, зокрема захоплення Циндао.
Нагорода: чорнена бронза, діаметр – 30 мм.
Аверс – схрещені прапори армії та військово-морських сил Японії, над ними імператорський герб – хризантема, під прапорами гербовий знак – павлонія.
Реверс – сім розташованих по вертикалі ієрогліфів, які означають: «Війна 3-4 роки Тайсе» (1914 -1915 рр.).
Підвіска – шарнірний тип, з прикріпленою планкою, на якій напис – «Військова медаль».
Стрічка – 37 мм, з муарового шовку. Забарвлення: темно-синє з білою смугою 13 мм. по центру..

As a result, your new rate will appear, but not in the amount of UAH 5 000, but only UAH 121.
