Виктор Маринюк родился 10 апреля 1939 года в селе Казавчин, Гайворонский район.
В 1959 году окончил Одесский автомобильно-дорожный техникум[3].
В 1960-е годы в Одессе молодые художники А. Ануфриев, В. Стрельников, В. Басанец, Л. Ястреб, В. Маринюк, впервые в Украине начинают «нонконформистские», неприемлемые для господствующих тогда эстетических вкусов и взглядов, традиции изобразительного искусства[4].
В 1967 году окончил Одесское художественное училище имени М. Б. Грекова. Его преподавателем была Любовь Токарева-Александрович[2].
В 1987 году стал членом Союза художников СССР, впоследствии Национального союза художников Украины. С 1991 года — почётный член Киево-Могилянской академии.
В 1992 году выступал одним из основателей творческого объединения «Човен», а в 1998 — творческого объединения «Мамай».
В 2008 году получил звание «Заслуженный художник Украины». Работа "Пейзаж с челном" В.Маринюка находится в постоянной экспозиции Национального Художественного музея Украины..
Живёт и работает в Одессе[3].

How does AUTO BIDDING work
This is a function that helps you place bids automatically in case your bet is interrupted.
For example, current lot price is UAH 120. You are ready to bargain up to UAH 5 000. Enter 5 000 in the field "Automatic bargaining" and click "Place Bet". As a result, your new rate will appear, but not in the amount of UAH 5 000, but only UAH 121. In this case, the system will remember that you are ready to bargain up to UAH 5 000, and will make the necessary bids for you if the price continues to rise.
Let's say another participant places a bet of UAH 2 000. Then the system will automatically place your bet of 2 001 UAH. And only if someone places a bet more than UAH 5 000, you will receive a notification that your auto rate has been interrupted.
