такие вещи называются жетонами.
Дамских обществ в Росси где-то с середины 19-го века было как грязи под ногтями. И благотворительных и в военных частях, училищах и патриотических и культурных...
Вверху жетона есть аббревитура - либо Ш (а может там римская III)
ШП. Гр. вот если будут здоровые идеи по ее расшифровке, тогда и определится жетон. А так кто его знает чей и к чему.

Жетон красивый, такого конкретно никогда на аукционах и в статьях за много лет не видел.
