Вітаю!
На мою думку, абсолютно нормальний знак з незначними втратами емалі. Пробірне клеймо "молотобоєць", клеймо наркомата, ідентичність штампа - не бачу ніякого "криміналу" чи підробки. Тип "А", 1937 - 1939 роки.
