Часы карманные на определение

Добрый вечер уважаемые эксперты и участники форума

Прошу помощи в определении данных часов и уровень интереса к ним.

Диаметр механизма 38 мм, корпуса 46 мм.

Баланс издает колебательные движения, но вал ничего не делает, не заводит не переводит, трещит, кольцо держится, крышка задняя тоже.
