Визначення цікавого спису

Допоможіть будь ласка з ідентифікацією!
Кілька років тому, моєму батькові дали таке вістря спису. Де знайдено - невідомо. Є фрагменти зеленої фарби, можливо хтось пробував реставрувати).
Дякую за будь-які підказки!
