The Dan Allman Museum of Miniatures and Sets in Lyon, France is an amazing place where tiny worlds and iconic movie scenes come to life in incredible detail.
The Museum of Miniatures and Decorations was conceived by its founder, Mr. Dan Allman. Having an extreme passion for miniatures and the world of cinema, he decided to create a space that would celebrate both of these art forms. What began as a personal collection of miniatures and props from movies later turned into a museum known throughout France.

Very often, the exhibits in the collection were gifts from the actors themselves. When the props were transferred to the archives after filming, some items were sent to the Allman Museum. It also happened that the requisites were already created in two copies. By the way, this is what happened to the head of the Terminator.
Here you can meet the furry creatures from the movie Gremlins, an American comedy horror film from 1984. The characters are so realistic that it seems that they will come to life in just a moment.
The same can be said about the head of the Stranger. Visitors to the museum say that it is even scary to approach it one more time.

In the museum you can see a lot - the Terminator's head, jacket and weapons, aliens from the films "Men in Black" and "Top Secret", Indiana Jones' whip and hat and many other equally interesting props.
The heart of the museum is undoubtedly its large collection of miniatures. From miniature dollhouses that replicate historic buildings with amazing accuracy, to bustling cityscapes where tiny people go about their daily lives. Every corner tells its own story.

One of the outstanding exhibits of the museum is a scale model of a bustling street of the Victorian era. Strolling down this tiny avenue, you can peek into the windows, watch horse-drawn carriages and even listen to the soft sounds of a gramophone playing in one of the shops.
A hairdressing salon, a hospital ward, a bookstore, a luxurious dining room, a shabby abandoned room, a hotel room - hundreds of miniatures captured well-known French domestic interiors.
The Dan Allman Museum of Miniatures and Sets is a place where visitors can immerse themselves in the magic of miniature worlds and relive their favorite movie moments.
