During the bidding, which lasted from November 27, 256 bids were made, and as a result, the Christmas tree ornament was sold for a record-breaking UAH 10,004.
According to the catalog guide known to collectors by Balashova, Pribytkova, and Beloglazov, the Soviet toy "Bear with a cub" dates back to 1950-1960. It was produced by the Leningrad artel Kultigrashka, as well as other unnamed enterprises.

There is a glass figure in several colors-all of which were exhibited at Violity many times, but sold for more modest sums. It's interesting to explore how the price of the toy has changed over the past few years.
