This is a silver coin - a quarter of a Dutch guilder, issued in 1891, which depicts the 10-year-old Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands, who ruled from 1890 to 1948. Only two such coins are known - one was put up for auction, the other is owned by the country's central bank.
