In 2020, on a farm in Nottingham, next to the legendary Sherwood Forest, Andy Taylor discovered a precious ring created almost 500 years ago in the 16th century. This ring with a message, the so-called "Posie ring", became a popular symbol of love in those days.

Weighing about 15 grams, this ring still holds the secret of its origin. Experts believe that it could be part of the treasure hidden by the famous Sheriff of Nottingham or a member of his family.

Ironically, Andy's discovery coincided with that of his friend Graham Harrison, who discovered a printed ring believed to have belonged to a former sheriff. The printed ring bore the coat of arms of the Jenison family, who served the Sheriff of Nottingham many centuries ago.
