Duesenberg J is the most famous model of the brand. From 1928 to 1937, only 445 such cars were produced. The cabriolet has an elegant design typical of cars of that period. Each line, each element of the exterior is distinguished by sophistication that reaches the level of art. It is equipped with a 6.9-liter 265-horsepower eight, which made it possible to develop 185 km/h.

The owner of this car was Philip Wrigley - the son of the inventor of chewing gum William Wrigley and the head of the famous Wrigley company. He specially came to the Duesenberg plant to see how his cars are assembled. Initially, Philip Wrigley ordered a two-seater Duesenberg J convertible, but a year later he decided to change the design and installed a four-seater body from the then fashionable LeBaron atelier. It is interesting that this particular car was used in the movie "The Great Gatsby" performed by Leonardo DiCaprio.
