Violity has announced the top ten price records of the past month. A video with a selection of the most expensive lots of June appeared on July 19 on the platform's official YouTube channel.
The total amount from the sale of 10 antiques from 10 different sections of the site amounted to UAH 1 million 778 thousand.
The top ten is opened by a lot from the Jewelry section, namely a magnificent royal amber necklace weighing 116 grams and 96 centimeters long, for which collectors offered the highest bid of UAH 79,989.
On the sixth line of the rating was an extremely rare set of the mid-nineteenth century - an openwork samovar in the form of a vase with a tray, made of copper with subsequent silvering at the factory of silver products by Fyodor Ivanovich Emme. The lot was purchased for 130,000 hryvnias.
The fifth place was taken by an exceptional product of the Kyiv-Mezhyhiria faience factory - a statuette “Winter”, made in 1852 on the model of the imperial porcelain factory of the late eighteenth century. Collectors offered the highest bid of 17,3006 hryvnias for the rare piece.
