The right to the first reading of the Ukrainian writer's novel went under the hammer for 157 thousand hryvnias
Ukrainian writer Yevgenia Kuznetsova sold the first reading rights to her unpublished novel. The opportunity to read the manuscript even before it is seen in the publishing house was estimated at 157,000 hryvnias. This money will go to help the Ukrainian military.

The winners are three readers who should receive the manuscript once the writer completes the final edits prior to publication. These auctions, held on Yevgenia's Facebook page, managed to cover 15% of the cost of the mortar. The money will be redirected to the "Gurkit" charity fund.
"It (this text) is definitely worth 15% of the price of the mortar," the author wrote.
